Can I create a free event?
Yes. Create and manage free events at no cost. You can also offer free and paid ticket types at the same event.
How much does Reeve cost?
Free events are free. Paid bookings include a 2.5% Reeve service fee plus payment processing. These are combined into one Processing Fee, shown before payment. Organisers receive the full ticket price.
Can I sell different types of tickets?
Yes. Set up ticket options with their own prices and quantities, including free tickets.
How do guests receive their tickets?
Guests receive a confirmation and a QR ticket after a successful registration or payment.
How do guests pay?
Paid tickets use a secure online checkout. Guests can choose from the payment methods available at checkout.
When do I receive my money?
Connect your payout account before publishing a paid event. Your share of each ticket is paid to that account, usually the next business day.
How does QR check-in work?
Open check-in from your event dashboard and scan the QR ticket with your phone’s camera. You can also check guests in manually from the attendee list.
Can I see everyone who has registered?
Yes. Your event dashboard includes your registrations, ticket sales and check-in status.
Can I refund a guest?
Contact the guest and arrange the refund through your payment provider. Organisers manage refunds under their event’s refund policy.
What happens if I cancel an event?
Let your guests know and arrange refunds for paid tickets. Read our refund policy for more details.
Do guests need a Reeve account?
No account is needed to book. Guests can create an attendee account to keep their tickets together.
How do I get support?
