Refund Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
1. Refunds are set by each organizer
Reeve is a platform, not the organizer of any individual event. Each organizer sets and is responsible for their own refund policy, which appears under “Good to know” on that event’s page when they’ve added one. If an event has no stated refund policy, contact the organizer directly to ask about a refund; Reeve does not decide refund outcomes on an organizer’s behalf.
2. How to request a refund
Use the organizer contact details on the event page, or reply to your confirmation email, to request a refund directly from the organizer. If you can’t reach the organizer, email [email protected] and we’ll help you get in touch with them.
3. Fees
The total you pay at checkout is the ticket price plus a Reeve booking fee and a payment processing fee, shown before you pay. A refund from the organizer covers the ticket price. The payment processing fee is generally non-refundable, even when the organizer refunds the ticket price itself. This fee is set by the payment provider, not by Reeve.
4. Cancelled events
If an organizer cancels an event entirely, or changes it so much that you can’t reasonably attend, they must refund the ticket price in full. If that doesn’t happen, contact [email protected] and we’ll look into it. Under our Terms, Reeve may process the refund on the organizer’s behalf.
5. Reeve’s role
Reeve doesn’t hold attendee funds. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and the organizer’s share is paid to the organizer’s own bank account, usually the next business day. Refunds on paid tickets are issued through that provider, either by the organizer or by Reeve on the organizer’s behalf, and the refunded amount returns to the original payment method.
